The vacuum pump is designed to operate completely dry, without the use of water or oil within the pump. This eliminates wastewater and waste oil disposal costs, making it an environmentally friendly solution ideally suited for handling chemical and corrosive process gases.
Corrosion Resistant Design
All wetted parts and gas-contacting components are coated with highly corrosion-resistant fluoropolymer materials (PFA/PTFE), providing superior protection against corrosive process gases and extending the service life of the equipment.
The non-contact design between the screw and the casing eliminates metal-to-metal contact, enabling high-speed operation that significantly reduces vibration and noise. This design minimizes screw wear, extends pump service life, and ensures long-term operational reliability.
Low Ultimate Pressure & High Volume Efficiency
The dry screw vacuum pump provides continuous and stable operation throughout the full pressure range, from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum conditions. As a standalone pump, it is capable of achieving an ultimate pressure of 1 × 10⁻² Torr, offering excellent pumping performance and energy efficiency across a wide range of applications.

Dry Screw Vacuum Pump
Features of Dry Vacuum Pumps
Completely Dry Operation-No water or oil is used inside the vacuum pump.
Eco-Friendly Design – No wastewater or waste oil is generated, eliminating disposal costs and minimizing environmental impact.
Designed to efficiently handle large amounts of moisture, condensable vapors, and a wide range of chemical process gases.
The single vacuum is excellent, allowing continuous operation in all pressure regions from atmospheric pressure, and can be applied in a wide range of 1x10-2 Torr alone.
The pump delivers superior performance compared to liquid ring and oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps, with pumping capacity remaining virtually unaffected by changes in vacuum level.
All wetted parts in contact with chemical gases are specially coated for superior corrosion resistance.
Heavy-duty castings prevent any deformation under high vacuum levels.
The use of precision-machined timing gears minimizes noise and ensures smooth, stable operation.
