- This pump system is connected backing pump and mechanical booster pumps. The backing pump as small capacity is Dry screw vacuum pump and the Roots Type Mechanical Booster as big capacity is settled at the front of suction.
- This pump system can be used in not performing between 2.5㎥/min and 13㎥/min by stand-alone Dry Pump or in running suction vacuum level about 30 to 10 torr which needs higher vacuum level than dry pump, and it drives cost down and stable application.
- Discharge can be reached between 600~3000㎥/hr and vacuum level can be also kept steadily and it is oil and water free.
- Good for much condensed gases and moisture.
- Fit for big capacity between 600~3000㎥/hr
- Dry type pump without water and oil inside screw and rotor.
- Long life pump because of no contact between Casing and Screw(Rotor)
- No demage from cooling temperature during summer time
- Free cost from used oil and water and environmental friendly pump
- Application with automation management
- Power, running and installation costs down in considering capacity.
- Installation space is smaller than Steam Booster System.
- Simple design and lower maintenance cost
